Many of us maybe have heard about Groupon, if you don’t know it here is how it works.
With this service you can buy coupons and have discounts, divided by cities, that allows client to save money about restaurants, cinema, resorts and many more. Each coupon has an expiration until you can buy it (directly online). Once you paid, you can use it within a range of time.
You can also increase your credit inviting friends to subscribe to the service.
The success of Groupon is very high and some big companies have placed their alternatives.
So Google has started Offers, now available on some USA cities only, soon it wil expand and will be available in more countries probably. Over the brand a plus could be the integration with other Google services (eg. Maps).
Also the famous social network Facebook has started his service, Deals (available now on United States), anyone can access to a series of geolocalized offers using internet connction, gps and Facebook Places service.
Groupon soon answered with Groupon Now and there is also the rumor of a possible partnership with Foursquare, the popular geolocalization service.
And you what do you think about? Who will “win”?

Ormai il coupon fa tendenza. Sicuramente chi ci guadagna e il consumatore sempre che le offerte siano sempre reali (non è bello mettere offerte pompate per poi far vedere che si applicano sconti alti.
