Not everyone knows that exist an XP version (based on SP2) called Fundamentals for Legacy PC (FLP) very light so can be run fine on old computers.
It has been released on 2006, available in English language, but can be integrated other languages with MUI (multilingual user interface) pack.
Has same features of Windows XP, like firewall, automatic updates etc… It’s possible to update it with a specific SP3 that can be downloaded from Microsoft.
So good (thanks to the few hardware requirements) for who has old pc but dont want put it on trashcan or who dont wanna install Linux distributions.
