Oltre al classico semplice (e aggiungo limitato) gestore di fonts incluso in Windows appunto ne ero alla ricerca di uno più completo.
Ho trovato così FontHit, ha tante caratteristiche tra cui installazione/disinstallazione dei fonts, anteprima dei fonts installati, anteprima di fonts contenuti in cartelle.
